There’s a quiet math to making less. Fewer pieces means more time on each one — a better seam, a fabric that survives the wash, a fit checked more than once.

This is the first note in our journal: a short case for restraint, and why a smaller wardrobe is usually a better one. We’d rather make a handful of things you reach for every week than a hundred you wear once.
