Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email/WhatsApp once your order ships. Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹3,000; a flat ₹99 applies below that.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange unworn pieces (with tags, in original packaging) within 7 days of delivery. To start, email care@lussovogue.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Sale items and the Cashmere Scarf are eligible for exchange only.
Damaged or wrong item
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost.
